That's hilarious. we honestly don't care if a customer breaks something because we sometimes break things ourselves. I was fixing a shelf in the soda isle after closing and i knocked over a bottle once. It was pretty epic. It hit the ground and the top popped off. The bottle gushed like a fountain for a second. Then we had to get someone to clean it up.

And if it's in public, I'm so embarrassed.
It's nice to know workers aren't all "YOU STUPID BITCH".

But when I break something, I wait to be yelled at.
And I hate getting yelled at,
So it creates a lot of tension.
