KofK's Dream Avatar Creator. ( This outfit is completely
free-range and does not require you to match with Anyone. )
[ Please Note : ] The only frame item allowed
to be used on your Secret Identity's Profile Pic is
(any color) Rural Frame. Please, Only use a MAX of ( 2 )
BG type items. [ ie. BG + Basic Fence, BG + Curtains, etc. ]

~ Step ( 4 ) : Once you have completed these steps, you will need to
wait for your acceptance Letter.
( During this waiting period, you may receive a Letter
from Sailor Chaos [ LilChaosKitten ] Asking you to modify
no more then one or two things to better enhance your Sailor's
appearance and matching compatibility. )
Once your Profile & images have been accepted, your profile will
appear on the first page of this thread. <3
~ Step ( 5 ) : When the time comes, all Scouts will
be asked to help Sailor Chaos create a Pixel Doll Image Representation
of your Sailor Scout. Please have an idea / reference for what some
of the items / weaponry that your Sailor will have / be wearing will look like.
