Okay I'm new and trying to do my first quest but I don't even know what one I picked, I can't remember what it's called. Is there anyone that tells me? All I know is it's something to do with tree fertilizer. I have no idea how to get any of the things I need since I don't have a Knuffle. Someone help I don't know what to do.

Well, first off, you could go to the alchemist and he'll tell you what you will need.
To go to him, hover over the quests tab then click on "Alchemist". Then you just have to click on the first option :)
Once you know what you need you could either buy a knuffel to dig the items for you, or go to "material trades" subforum and buy the items ^^.

I saw something about finding items around the site as well but I haven't found one thing anywhere. Where do I even look?

I think I'll just save up for a Knuffle to start with.

Yep - 1x Holy Water, 3x Tin Ore, 3x Window, 5x Apple Juice.

Is there no way of getting these without buying them or having a Knuffle?

you could go to charities or wait/ask someone to donate to you ^^
