I'm a Vegetarian from about 4 years. I don't eat any kind of meat (or fish). But I eat eggs & milk. I don't miss eating meat & I don't have any problems to make delicious or various kind of meal containing only vegetarian products. (Still the red food coloring made from bugs irate me when its added to almost all red/orange yogurts or juice.)

I am not a Vegatarian but i respect the people who are and have the willpower to be a vagatarian. but what i dont like are people who point out that if a wear one of my Favorite shoes (made of leather) and people tell me that there are animals killed for it and how i have no heart if i wear it ( this is what she truly said!) and then a motnth later you going to mac and what do you see. that same girl eating a big mac! It may be your own choose but i really HATE people that having a fake Personality and ideals just because they will get more attention of others! be who you are and let people make there own chooses!

I am also not, though I am considering in becoming half-time vegetarian one day.
At this time I am still living with my family and my brothers eat lots of meat (...guys.).
I think it is not necessary to eat meat every day. However, I really looove meat. It tastes great and it does not matter imo if it was "cute" when it was still alive.

I think it is not okay to buy cheap meat. I think it is also not okay to buy meat from industrial livestock farming.
Therefore, I'm going to reduce my meat consume to one up to three times the week and buy meat that's labeled bio/ eco (even if it's expensive).

That's the plan.

I'm vegan actually. Because I care for animals but mostly because I care about my health too.
I realized I don't process meat and dairy very well.

As far as I'm concerned, I like meat. If you don't that's fine as long as you don't start trying to lecture me or convert me.

I'm not. I love vegetarian food, and I love animals too, but I just don't see the point in not eating meat. The animals are gonna get killed anyway, and the only thing that's gonna happen if I don't buy any meat is that more of it will rot and get thrown away, and then that animal was killed for nothing. :I

Besides, meat is nom nom. c:

I am NOT vegetarian, but I almost eat no meat. Whe I do, I make sure the animals have been treated well.
I don't like the taste of meat or fish, and I don't like the way animals are treated. That's why I don't eat muh of it.
Why am I not vegetarian, since I have enough reasons to be ?
I would like to be, but where I live, there's hardly anything to REPLACE meat. Not eating any meat doesn't make someone vegetarian. Humans need every type of food, meat included, so if you want to live without one type, you have to replace the proteins and everything you don't eat because of it. Since I can't do that where I live, I still eat some meat.
The other main reason is because I have a family, and none of them is vegetarian. I don't want to force my parents to cook vegetarian food when I visit them.

No. My sister is one though. Plus she has stomach ulcers which is why everyone tweaks the menu here at home to match her preferences just so she would eat.
I'd say I'm more of a carnivore which makes it really hard for me.
I really, really like meat >:Y
This site has so much pretty stuff I don't know what I'm adding anymore! xD

I'm not, but I respect a persons right to do what they feel is right.

My personal opinion is that humans are omnivores and our bodies are build to survive this way.
We moved around a lot and needed to eat what we could, when we could.
To me humans are animals, and we're part of the food chain.
(Remember these are my personal feelings, you're free to your own, no hostility intended)

All the nasty chemicals put into our food is another subject.
