Personally, I don't mind immigration. I don't think America is crowded at all. Those poor immigrants, illegal or not, are taking jobs we don't want. They also live in houses and what not that no one should have to live in. I'm not saying all of them live in poverty but just the majority that do. I mean, look at it through their eyes, they don't want to live in their country where they are poor and hungry. Would you want to live like that? No. I don't feel bad for illegal immigrants but I understand why most of them do what they do. A lot of them are uneducated and some of them want the best for their kids. I mean, my boyfriend is in the process of getting a citizenship. They test you on everything, even American history (which seems ridiculous). But I do think that they should at least try to become legal or be sent back. But to be honest... they should at least have the parents choose if they want their kid to stay or not. :/ Because, what if they were starving back in their country and couldn't afford to feed their kid? That would be almost murder. Okay, maybe I DO have sympathy for them but they should at least try to get citizenship.
But I DO think that there should be laws but the tests should be a bit easier. But really, immigration, to me, isn't as bad as everyone makes it. And some of these legal / illegal immigrants are smarter than you think, some of them come to America for College and whatnot. Then they get good jobs and help the economy, or so I think. :I

I live in the USA and I think our immigration laws should be more strict. Just my opinion, they abuse moving over here too much from what I see. And they always have a ton of kids cause they think if they have kids they won't get deported. I am sorry to sound cruel but that's what I see. More strict immigration laws america!
In the end, if people want in to a country, they're going to find a way, legally or not. You can try to pass all the laws you want, but if people really want to come in, they're coming. I'm iffy on the issue; i don't feel like countries should welcome everyone but then I have a hard time saying who is ok and whose not...
