Name: Eden Bellveil
Age: 23
Background: Born at a farmhold in Fereldan to a farmer and his wife, Eden grew up with no siblings and not much to do.

At the age of four her father tragically died and her mother who was of Orlesian origin decided to move back to her family in Val Royeaux, at the age of six Eden showed signs of being able to use magic and was therefore sent to the Circle of Magi within the White Spire, keeping out of trouble and not being one to speak that much Eden oftan kept to herself unless she had lessons to attend to.

She heared of many of the different fraternities but never really felt like choosing an actual side, at the age of eighteen she succeeded with her Harrowing and was officially a mage of the circle and not only an apprentice, not long after the Harrowing she got news that her mother had passed away from an illness.

At the age of twentythree, as of this year, she as well as several other mages were sent over to help rebuild the Circle Tower in Lake Calenhad after the incident with Uldred and the blood mages, it was the first time in years that Eden seemed happy, the moment they arrived in Fereldan she felt that she was home, being locked in a tower didn't seem as bad as long as she could from time to time look out through a window and see the nature of the land she remembered from her childhood but even then she still held on to the dream of one day being able to be free from the circle, not that she found the life in the circle all that horrible but she wished to be on the outside and live like any other normal humanbeing.

Name: Avery Mandel
Age: 28
Background: He was born to a family that upheld the Templar code. He wasn't keen on having lyrium all the time, but if it meant being a templar to help those with magic that they couldn't control. Then, Avery would do whatever it took. Luckily, Avery was too young to be a templar when the abominations took over. However, he still can see the scars of what happened. Avery will do whatever he can to prevent it from ever happening again.

(sorry this is a bit short. still a bit brain dead from finals)

It was noon when Eden arrived by the doors to the tower together with a big group of other mages, while the others was curious of what was inside, Eden kept to the back of the group looking out over the lake, she took every chance she could get to see the nature out there but still kept to the templars that had come with them from the White Spires to make sure they safely arrived at this new Circle.

Ones inside she, unlike the other mages who just stayed quiet and followed the First Enchanter immidietly, made sure to thank the templars that had helped them there and after that she followed the others, looking curiously around at all the new templars, the ones who had led them there would leave again and therefore she would know no one but the mages that came with her.

When they got up to the mages quarters Eden quickly went over to the little 'room' she had gottan to stay in she stopped at the opening and looked back slightly, watching a couple of the other mages making themselves comfortable in the other 'rooms' there but then looked in on her own little space, there was a desk with a chair and a mirror, a closet and a bed, she shrugged slightly and went over to the bed and sat down putting her bag on the floor next to the bed and then took of her hood.

"very cozy, a little scary to look up" she mumbled to herself as she looked up at the ceiling, it was so far up there that it made her slightly dizzy, she shook her head and looked down again and just sat there for now, taking a little break.

Avery didn't understand what was happening, but he was simply doing his duties as usual. More mages were coming today. He wasn't one who went out to collect yet. He rather liked it here. He hoped that it wasn't going to happen to him ever. It seemed like they just got rid of the annoying ones so that they wouldn't have to deal with them all the time here.

Once that was done he went back to his business. To look intimidating, to hear whatever gossip the mages were talking about. To keep note of those whom were going to be made Tranquil for fear that they will succumb to use of blood magic. He kept a very close eye on them. They were the ones that usually made the snide remarks to him as well. Very annoying. He wondered how the new ones were dealing, however he figured if they needed anything. They would just ask.

After a small break Eden finally felt ready to explore slightly, she needed to know where things were after all such as where they should eat, where some lessons would be held, the library, stockrooms and also where to find the First Enchanter in case of questions or if anything needed to be reported further to the templars, she remembered that she had ones at the White Spires seen two students of magic use blood magic, she didn't know for what reason but to her it didn't really matter as in her eyes blood magic could never lead to anything good, at that point she had been rather quick to tell both the First Enchanter and the templars.

She stood up and fixed her robes slightly before walking out of her 'room' and out into the hallway, she greeted some of the other mages that walked past her but was mostly silent, the library was the first place she found and she also got to know that some mages had lessons in there, she made sure she wouldn't be in the way as she curiously looked at what they were teaching to the, what seemed to be, apprentice mages.

Eventually she continued onwards through the library but stopped when she found books on Fereldan and it's nature as that was something other then magic that actually caught her interest.

Avery watched the one mage start reading. It looked as thought it was something on Fereldan. Wouldn't it just be easier to go ask a Senior Enchanter. He felt his body wanting to go over there and tell her that. However, he quickly remembered that that wasn't his job. He was just supposed to be a reminder that the mages shouldn't do anything stupid. Like revolt, or become a blood mage.

He saw one of the ones that was rumored to being tempted by blood magic almost walk over to her. Avery quickly grabbed his sword, making it look as though he was ready to pull it out and use it on the mage. The guy quickly left. Avery wouldn't allow that man to talk to the newcomers. He didn't want that mage to spread whatever weird ideals that was in his sick head. There couldn't be a repeat of what happened at this place. Avery would prevent that even if it meant his death. At least this man would be a tranquil soon. One less headache.

Eden didn't seem to notice much except maybe for the hasty turn of a mage as she placed the book back into the shelf and turned to walk away, she seemed a bit questioning at first but shrugged it of as nothing before continuing onwards to investigate the other places where they were allowed to be in the tower.

She did glance over at the tamplar standing there in the library but kept her distance since she in her own Circle had been taught to never really be a bother to them unless there was a real threat.

Another templar came over to talk to him about simple things. It was a new recruit. Sighing Avery said, "You don't have to talk to them. Just let them do their own thing." The new recruit started to whine and Avery simply rolled his eyes and said, "You are here for a reason, don't let that reason go to waste. I'm sure if you continue to whine you will be out in the world finding apostates. By yourself."

The new recruit walked away muttering more complaints. Avery had never really heard of a templar going alone on a hunt, but it was a good way to get new recruits to straighten out at least.

Another senior templar came to get him. Apparently they were going to do a Harrowing today, and they needed one more templar just in case things went wrong. Avery nodded and walked off with the senior templar.

(sorry about a really late reply, been much going on lately ^^'' )

Eden walked of and was approached by some kind mages who made sure to help her find her way around, it took a while getting around the tower but it seemed to be as nice a home as any, ones she had foudn all the things she wanted to find she just took a stroll and listened to other mages conversations about all kinds of things.

After her little walk she went back to her quarters and sat down by the desk, sighing slightly as she heared the others in the next rooms talk about the harrowing that had occured, she shook her head not really interested in their gossip but then looked up at a window, high up, close to the ceiling "hmm" she murmured as she stood up and looked around as if to see if there was anyway that she could get up just to have a small peak outside.

However she found nothing and sighed again as she sat down still looking up there "atleast I can see some of the stars up there" she said quietly before turning to her desk again and taking up a journal from her bag so she could write about todays events.

Avery walked into the Harrowing chamber and he began to watch what was happening. This part was never fun, for both the mage and the templar. The problem was, was that he was sure that this was just a way to weed out more blood mages. If it kept out the corrupt, then he was fine with this. Being tempted by demons is not good. Especially what happened at this specific Circle.

Sadly, this mage didn't make it. The mage took a long time, and then--they became an abomination. The mage was quickly struck down. He was told to go get some rest, the others would be doing the clean up. He nodded, cleaning off whatever was on his sword and he left to go to his quarters. It wasn't until after he left, that he realized how tired he really was.
