Here's a link if you don't know who he is: http://theoatmeal.com/comics/tesla
I do believe that Nikola Tesla was the world's greatest scientist, albeit it a bit crazy. He's a bit of a controversial subject to me because everyone thinks Marconi invented the radio- he didn't. He just stole the invention and got the patent. because a lot of people are closed-minded.

So. My question to you is this:
What are your thoughts on Tesla and his atomic death rays, earthquake machines, etc..?

Nikola Tesla was an amazing man that was very under appreciated. And pretty damned attractive.

But it was the fashion at the time, not his fault ^^

He was an amazing man, and it's a shame he is not remembered as he should.

I'm big fan of his work. Still wondering if it's true that Nevada looks like it looks now thanks to him. I wonder what innovations could be hidden from public, after his death.

I couldn't stop laughing at the first sentence. XD

Anyway, I agree with you. I too think that he was amazing and that he doesn't get enough appreciation.

Mood: Hi there :)
I believe there were/are a lot of people who are really underrated and under appreciated (not just in the fields of Science) who have made and continue to make the world as it currently is.

It's thanks to the mad scientist war between Edison and Tesla that we have AC/DC electricity currents (and the awesome Aussie band ;)

I think there are pros and cons with every human (because we are only human). Most creative minded people are a little mad/out of touch with reality and it's due to this that they're capable to outlook the box that others cannot.
